Details: Staffmark is immediately seeking experienced facilities maintenance candidates for 2nd shift. This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity with Asurion in Smyrna, TN!Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator – Responsibilities will be distributed broadly across a number of functional areas within the equipment services division. A primary focus will be on Facilities Coordination, Facility Building/Maintenance PM and repairs, Facilities Moves/Adds/Changes, Site Security, and Site Safety. This position will operate on-site in an on call capacity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist Facility Supervisor to manage vendors and hold them accountable for work requested • Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse and building equipment. • Perform electrical repairs on electrical systems and mechanical equipment. • Perform minor plumbing repairs. • Perform safety inspections on emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and other facilities safety systems. • Installation and repairing mechanical equipment. • Installation of electrical conduit and wire. • Installation of pneumatic pipe systems • On call schedule during off hours Compensation: $17.75/hr “Staffmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer."
