Details: TitleExecutive Assistant / Office Manager    Reports ToPresident   LocationBeautiful Bend Oregon   Brief DescriptionThis position requires a pleasant, personable and positive individual.  EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL PLANNING / WEALTH MANAGEMENT IS A MUST.  Having your series 6 & 66 securities licenses are a definite plus. Want to work for a progressive wealth manager that has a 10+ year stable practice?  Want the balance of not stuffy, but professional?  Fun and flexible, but take business seriously?  We are seeking a rock star executive assistant who wants a more casual environment and the amazing lifestyle that Bend Oregon has to offer.  An experienced, stable, well-organized individual who can multi-task.  An Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Compliance Coordinator / Chief Problem Solver and the Gatekeeper of a culture that is a happy and fun work environment.  Whew!  Like a good challenge?  Sound like a lot, or sound like a dream?  If you choose dream, you might be our successful candidate!   This position requires client interface and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / database management related activities.  This is a full-time position that is expected to require 40+ hours per week.  It may occasionally include an evening or weekend event.  A positive, can-do, solution-oriented attitude is a must.  Clear and consistent communication is also absolutely crucial to the success of this position.  We have a quality-driven, customer-focused, hard-working environment that is challenging while simultaneously being fun, productive, educational and rewarding for us and our clients.  You should have knowledge of all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite, RedTail and the ability to navigate investment websites (i.e. TD Ameritrade, Schwab, etc.).  General knowledge of FINRA regulations and general accounting practices are also helpful. Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Customer service support Reception I.T. management Client and prospect database development and management Managing “one-off" client issues Prepare monthly reports including:  revenue, income per client, AUM per client, AUM by company, etc. Support existing business development & marketing initiatives Meeting with wholesalers as needed Client event coordination & support Maintain continued education for all licenses Attend weekly management meetings Other duties as may be required from time to time    COMPLIANCE Weekly Blotter Report (documentation of all transactions and account changes) Development & maintenance of new and existing client files Maintain all state and federal RIA procedures Maintain contacts with compliance officers Preparing for all Oregon State audits Complete all quarterly compliance requirements Compliance review approval for all marketing and communications Compensation:  You will be paid an annual base salary of $35,000 - $45,000 DOE.  In addition you will participate in our performance-based incentive program that is estimated to pay an additional $10,000 - $15,000 annually.  After six months of continual employment you will be eligible for the firm’s 401k plan, the details of which will be covered separately.  You will receive two weeks of paid vacation.  Vacation must be scheduled a minimum of 30 days in advance.
