Details: Classification: Account Executive/Staffing Manager Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour OfficeTeam Healthcare Group has a temporary opportunity with our Healthcare client for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with 2+ years of recent paid experience supporting an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Director for a Healthcare related organization only. If you have performed the following duties in your recent role than you meet their minimum requirements: back up for calendaring, arranging travel arrangements, expense reports, helping with Power Point Presentations, report preparation for board meetings and staff meetings, managing budget, meeting room preparations and refreshments ordering, answering main phone line, greeting guests, and other duties as assigned. Must have Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007-Excel, Word,Outlook, and Power Point.
