Corporate Office Facilities Manager

Details: The Corporate Office Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance of the grounds, buildings, building systems and providing for building services. This position is essential in ensuring the Cracker Barrel home office properties are maintained to a high standard that promotes a safe and productive work environment and is a reflection of the Cracker Barrel brand.Qualifications:• High School Diploma with eight years facilities, construction, and/or maintenance experience including 3 years supervisory experience• Good oral and written communication skills• Supervisory skills• Strong organizational skills• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems• General knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniquesGeneral knowledge of ground and building maintenance and security systemsPreferred:• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Building Maintenance
