Details: Plan, organize, direct, and control the facilities management functions of the hospital, including but not limited to planning, design, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and disposal of plant facilities and equipment.  Establish goals, objectives, standards of performance, develop and implement operating policies and procedures; interpret policies, standards, regulations, and codes to personnel.
