Details: Who We Are:Thompson Pump is a family-owned and operated business headquartered in Port Orange, FL. We are the premier manufacturer of dewatering and bypass pumps, equipment and accessories currently in use across the globe. Our 20 owned company-owned branches maintain rental fleets of portable construction pumps used primarily for sewage by-pass and dewatering operations. We do everything from basic rentals to complete turnkey projects. We are known for having the best service and support in the industry.1. Answer the telephone and route the calls to the proper individuals.2. Log messages.3. Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate person.4. Complete Prepare to Ship forms.5. Send addendum to customers.6. Fill out Credit Approval Request forms and send to TPM Credit Department.7. Distribute pink copy of Prepare to Ship form to Materials Handler Supervisor.8. Distribute paperwork to drivers, including job directions.9. Receive and log calls for pick-up, noting customers that require special attention.10. Responsible for copying, faxing, mailing, and emailing correspondence, including reports to invoices, to customers and TPM branches. 11. Sort and distribute incoming mail.12. Responsible for regular mailings to TPM once per week. Use vehicles going to TPM or UPS.13. Maintain contacts database and rolodex updating as customer contact information is needed.14. Process time cards and time sheets.15.Perform other related duties as assigned.16. Perform routine filing.
