Details: Job Responsibilities will include: Serve as office manager for the Celebration, FL corporate headquarters and as main point of communication to ALL STAR’s other offices Coordinate in-house meetings and related tasks, such as scheduling, welcoming guests, and organizing food and beverage and meeting materials Assist Marketing and Product/Business Development Teams in various projects and tasks Contribute to research and special projects Provide Administrative Support to Executive Team Research and book travel and meetings and complete event registration
