Carries out supervisory responsibilities according to company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems. Bilingual English /Spanish a plus.
