PS Clinician / Facilitator Job Summary: To provide responsible and professional social services and/or clinical treatment to clients and families consistent with the mission and goals of assigned program(s) areas; to provide counseling to individual clients and their families; to coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of various treatment plans and outreach services; to direct team activities toward client goal achievement; to meet established administrative requirements and billing goals; to actively participate as a team leader and member in a positive, cooperative and productive manner.
