Details: Sodexo is the leading provider of food and facilities management. Sodexo's Laundry Division is seeking a Production Manager in Cleveland, Ohio; for a full service fast paced commercial healthcare laundry plant. The successful candidate will have a strong operations background to provide leadership and strategic direction; support safety and workplace diversity initiatives. The daily duties include but not limited to: managing the day-to-day production workflow, ensure on time delivery, monitor safety and standards for compliance, post production numbers, communicate, train and coach employees, input orders into the systems, quality control of inventory, create work schedules, build great working relationships with employees, create production schedules, and internal auditing. The successful candidate will manage 60 employees. Reports to General Manager and maintains a consistent communication level with the appropriate assigned management level at the facilityResponsible for running a shift within a laundry service facility and meeting production goals for that shift.
